Counseling for women with anxiety and stress
I am dedicated to acting as a change agent for people who want to improve the quality of their lives, and am committed to helping others live their vision by providing the highest standards of service with integrity and honesty.
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Georgia who believes in helping others grow and live their lives with purpose. I have a B.S. Degree in Public and Social Services from Kennesaw State University and a Master's Degree in Psychology from Argosy University. I am a Certified Stress Management Consultant and I conduct lectures on personal empowerment, body image and stress reduction. Organizations in which I am a member include the American Counseling Association and the Licensed Professional Counselors Association of Georgia.
I believe that there are four aspects to the human condition: the mind, body, emotion and spirit. Ideally, these aspects work harmoniously together. When an aspect of oneself becomes stressed then the whole system is taxed which creates an imbalance. If imbalance is prolonged then dis-ease can occur. My goal is to help others restore their own balance so that they can live healthy and productive lives.
I respect the courage that it takes to examine one's self through the counseling process. I provide a calm, nurturing and non-judgmental environment for my clients, so they can safely meet their goals for emotional, mental, physical and spiritual wellbeing.
