How long have you been in business?
We've been in business since 1994. We started very small, but grew through hard work and dedication. Everyone at Edwards Heating & Air is committed to 100% customer satisfaction.
What is your primary product or service?
We are a full service and replacement HVAC company. Our specialty is maintenance, service and replacement of AC and heating systems in existing homes. We take pride in making customers comfortable in their homes, and in their wallets!
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
I began my heating and air career putting myself through college. I fell in love with the technical aspects of HVAC at first, then realized it was a great way to help people!
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
I would differentiate Edwards Heating & Air from everone else by stating: No one, and I mean NO ONE, will give you the attention to detail and service after the sale like us. Edwards Heating & Air has one goal in mind, make customers for life. We charge a fair price for the highest level of service and expertise you will ever find.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
We are located near downtown Acworth in Cobb County. Our service area is all of metro Atlanta and the surrounding cities. We do not have any plans to expand at this time.
What type of payments do you accept?
We accept VISA and MASTERCARD as well as cash and checks. We have fantastic financing options available for any upgrades or replacements systems as well.
Which areas do you service?
We stop our service at I20 and southward.
What are your hours of operation?
We have 24 hour emergency service available. Office hours are 8:00AM to 5:00PM. Weekend appointments are available for free estimates on replacement systems.
